Terms (Contest Rules)

1. Organizer

The election is organized by the Mister Rubber Berlin Organizing Committee. It is not a registered association and operates on a volunteer basis.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 at the beginning of the application phase.
• Residence in Berlin or active involvement in the Berlin rubber/fetish community.
• Willingness to represent the community openly and visibly.
• Confident expression of one's rubber fetish.
• Complete and timely submission of all required documents.
• Agreement to photo and video recording.

3. Registration and Deadlines

Applications must be submitted exclusively through the official form. Only complete and timely submissions will be accepted.

4. Selection Procedure

Admission is decided by the Organizing Committee or a designated jury. No legal entitlement to admission. Preselection or lottery may be applied if necessary.

5. Participation Obligations

• Attendance at all official events is mandatory.
• Absence without valid reason may result in exclusion.
• No explicit sexual acts on stage; consent rules apply.
• At least one complete rubber outfit is required.

6. Rights to Image and Video Material

The applicant agrees that all recordings may be used free of charge for reporting, public relations, and archiving. Usage rights are unlimited in time, location, and content.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed solely for conducting the election. Identification documents will be deleted after verification. See Privacy Policy.

8. Evaluation and Election Procedure

The winner is determined through a combination of jury and audience voting. Details will be published before the event. Ties are resolved according to predetermined rules.

9. Obligations of the Titleholder

• Not to bring the title into disrepute.
• Attend the 2027 election to hand over the title.
• Positive community representation without mandatory appearance requirements.
• Proper care of the sash.
• Commercial usage only with approval.

10. Removal of Title

The title may be revoked in cases of serious misconduct, violations, or negligence of duties.

11. Miscellaneous

• Admission constitutes acceptance of these terms.
• Legal recourse is excluded.
• Unforeseen matters are decided by the Organizing Committee.
